More about this expert:

Passion Find and test new green materials in construction sector. Life cycle assessment of materials, construction stages and machines used in construction sector and foundation engineering. Site investigation geotechnical reports about structural safety, soil including soil characterization, ground water, contamination in both soil and ground water. Optimum structural design for building and infrastructural. Material testing and properties. Lab accreditation ISO 17025. Finally and the most important is to help our planet. How did I become me? First I graduated from faculty of Engineering, Civil and Structural Department. I have worked as demonstrator and Master Researcher in civil engineering department, Tanta University. I was member in geotechnical and geoenvironmental engineering laboratory in Tanta University from 2006 to 2012. Second I became PhD researcher in Egypt-Japan University for Science and Technology (E-JUST) in Environmental Engineering department. I was working in using green materials to improve the soil behavior and life cycle assessment for construction sector. Third I am now researcher at civil and environmental engineering department, Tokyo Institute for Science and Technology. Finally, I attended many workshops and courses about my previous passions in Egypt, Finland, Tunisia, Bulgaria, and Japan. The problems I solve In Tanta University, I was one of the team worked in getting Lab accreditation ISO 17025, which we already became in 2011. I was partner in issuing many reports about structural safety, soil including soil characterization, ground water, and contamination in both soil and ground water. I was partner in design and construct some structures and construction projects. In E-JUST, I was partner in EcoNBC feasibility study for Transforming New Borg El Arab into an EcoCity, with two published scientific papers. I have some published scientific papers about green materials for soil improvement, Reducing dust emission, and life cycle assessment for foundations.
