Passion I have over 30 years experience in marine and port businesses. I have also been involved and managed a number of internal development projects including SAP roll-out, strategy development and corporate restructuring projects. I have also been actively participating more than 10 years time in M&A activities in various roles. All this on a global basis. How did I become me? Last 4 years I have been active in the Cargotec’s container business. Prior to that I was close to 20 years in Cargotec’s Marine business in various operative roles. Prior to that I was 8 years in total in shipyards working on technical sales and delivery project functions. I currently work in Cargotec Terminals Business Area, responsible for Cranes sales globally. Major tasks are developing solutions for container terminal owners and operators together with the sales team and product line experts in cooperation with Cargotec regional organizations. The problems I solve Working over 30 years in different countries, cultures, customers, companies and projects have given a profound understanding, knowledge, and experience on the diversified technologies, practices and solutions for marine and container handling systems . I hope to use and share this cumulated learning with people, meeting challenges in this kind of issues.
