More about this expert:

I am an external relations professional with seven years of combined experience in public diplomacy, advocacy, project management and executive administrative affairs within international organizations focusing on sustainable energy. Prior to moving to the private sector to work as a Project Manager at Solved – the Cleantech Company, I served as the Special Assistant to the Director-General at the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) for two years in Abu Dhabi, UAE. I oversaw the activities of the Office of the Director-General and provided substantive backstopping to the Director-General for all his engagements with the Member States. Before IRENA, I spent five years at the IAEA, first working on stakeholder involvement, and later, four years as an Information Officer at the Department of Technical Cooperation, being in charge of outreach and marketing activates. In recognition to my service at the IAEA, I received a Merit Award for Outstanding Performance in 2013. I graduated in 2009 from IMC Krems, University of Applied Sciences with two specializations – global political affairs and international marketing. In addition, I completed two internships, first at a leasing company 3 Step IT in Tallinn, Estonia, and second at the U.S. Mission to the International Organizations in Vienna. I am fluent in English, Finnish and Russia and possess conversational skills in German. As a Project Manager at Solved, my goal is to bridge the communication gap between the public and private sector to catalyze and enable a more holistic response towards global environmental challenges.
