More about this expert:

Passion My passion is driven by the desire of working as a bridge between the two places I call home, Finland and Colombia; to help creating jobs in both countries. Doing “good business, saving the planet” is my own motto. I’m convinced that Finland is the best place to develop DECOARK Oy while working for a green planet. I believe in Finnish clean technology and the amazing capability of Finnish professionals in finding solutions for every single problem that is presented to them. Here people know how to listen and give top quality answers. I’m willing to help people and companies to develop their ideas to grow to their full potential. Internationalization is not an easy task, but it’s an amazing way of discovery and also the only option to make global changes. Together, we will build our legacy for the future generations and that is my mission for life; living in Finland makes it easy to get it done. How did I become me? I’m an architect with specialization in urban design and environmental architecture according to the principles of sustainable development. I have over 18 years of experience in marketing, industrial project management, industrial and architectural design and business. Experience in international and environmental projects. Language skills: Spanish, French, English, Portuguese and Finnish. At the moment, I’m the managing director of DECOARK Oy, the company I founded to be able to develop my own ideas and help people to develop their own way into internationalization. I also work actively as a Technical Sales Manager at ECOMATION Oy and make part of the TAMPERE All bright brand. The problems I solve My expertise lies especially in the participation of environmentally efficient projects, along with technologies having the necessary qualities to be exported to Latin America; focus being currently on Colombia and the Caribbean area. My own challenge is to encourage the local companies to get the best of their products, services and ideas in the export business network project for the Colombian market. That project is designed inside the programs and norms of the Centre for Economic Development, Transport and Environment of Finland.
