My journey in the field of sustainability started with PhD thesis: Corporate social responsibility as a marketing tool. Now I believe it is necessary to start from the consumer. If you can understand what drives consumers and how this impacts their purchasing choices, CSR could become a real commercial opportunity. As CSR expert I focus on focus on strategic approach and develop concepts of social responsibility that help to connect core business of the company with its social and environmental impact and discover win-win solutions. I have published several articles on CSR and CSR Communication and I am an author of a widely used CSR book: Responsible business in practice (Best practices in Slovak and Czech republic). I am teaching marketing, CSR and sustainable marketing at Faculty of Commerce in Bratislava, Slovak republic and I am active in the field of educational innovations and student start-ups.
